YOUR ROLE:

The Content Coordinator will report to and assist the Content Manager in processing, organizing, archiving and distributing various production assets (video files, audio files, photos, DVDs, hard drives) from beginning to end and participate in quality control of those assets and final deliverables. The Content Coordinator will work closely with the Post Production Supervisor and Content Manager to receive final approval on all deliverables and ensure they are up to brand standards. The Content Coordinator will assist the Content Manager in coordinating post-production projects and ensuring deadlines are met and output is consistent, and any other project needs requested by the Content Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the retrieval of raw assets from the production’s DIT from the set to the office.

  • Back up raw footage and deliverables.

  • Distribute video and audio assets to the video editors.

  • Distribute photo assets to the photo retouchers.

  • Implement quality control with technical aspects such as watermarking and file format delivery.

  • Update and work with Dropbox, Smartsheets, and Frame.io to keep track of all projects.

  • Complete monthly DVD requests and coordination with external vendors.

  • Ensure all physical drives are tracked, up to date and backed up twice.

  • Troubleshoot all technical issues with inventory and archived content.

  • Update smartsheets listing all content on a daily basis.

  • Upload deliverables to Dropbox on a daily basis.

  • Monitor the CMS that all updates for all Brands are correct (images are correct, main thumbs are up-to-date, etc.)

  • Act as a liaison between the Kodify systems team to maintain archive and storage.

  • Act as a liaison between the Kodify web team to ensure they receive all assets on time.

  • Ensure proper collection and archiving of our digital 2257 and model release documentation

  • Any related tasks thrown your way

Job requirements

  • Excellent high attention to detail, communication and organization skills.

  • Ability to complete work independently and promptly communicate potential problems and questions.

  • Working knowledge of Google Spreadsheets, Smartsheets, Frame.io, Adobe Programs.

  • Experience with digital audio-visual library collections preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of photo and video formats.

  • Project management experience and a background in systems is a plus.

  • Spanish language skills are a plus.

  • Must be able to lift 30+ pounds.
