We are looking for a Digital Marketing Sales Analyst with a successful background in analytics and traffic optimization to join our sales team.
Working directly under the Sales and Optimization Manager, you will play a vital role in maximizing sales performance and marketing ROI.
The ideal candidate is a driven individual that possesses strong quantitative analytical skills, with acute business acumen. You will have the ability to optimize and manage large volumes of traffic with a demonstrable track record in analytics, digital marketing and a high attention to detail. You will also have the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and have strong organizational and time management skills.
Focusing on optimizing traffic, you will be analyzing the data related to advertising campaigns. You will communicate with the marketing department about analysis from those campaigns and help formulate strategies to improve sales return. You also will be working closely with our Affiliate Sales Manager to monitor and report on traffic volumes and conversion rates. And you will work with fellow sales analysts to come up with new ideas to improve performance through multiple A/B tests, while conducting analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
Ultimately, your goal will be to maximize the revenues generated from advertising campaigns by monitoring web traffic and optimizing performance.
Setup and track multiple advertising campaigns.
Streamline creative asset tagging and documentation.
Manage and optimize large volumes of traffic.
Monitor daily sales performance.
Adjust and adapt strategies based on real-time results.
Run A/B tests, identify trends, write analysis.
Bring data backed insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
Coordinate with ad developers to craft better performing campaigns.
SKILLS and PROFILE:
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
Bachelor's’ Degree in business, economics, accounting, marketing or statistics.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or online sales.
Good business acumen.
Strong quantitative analytical skills.
Solid understanding of web technologies and digital marketing metrics.
Some experience/knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
A love of data with an ability to identify patterns and trends quickly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Accustomed to working in a fast-paced and result-driven environment.
Good team player.
