In this role, you will own growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation through retention and monetization—using experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact.

You will identify growth opportunities through data analysis, design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, and optimize conversion funnels and user journeys. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and scrappy execution, with an obsessive focus on metrics and a growth-at-all-costs mindset that still respects user experience.

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using data analysis and user research

  • Establish and track North Star metrics and key growth KPIs

Backlog Management & Agile Execution

  • Lead backlog refinement and requirements planning sessions with development teams

  • Translate growth experiments and initiatives into detailed technical requirements

  • Manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure development team has clarity on priorities

  • Work closely with engineering to estimate effort and balance speed with quality

Funnel Optimization & Conversion

  • Own end-to-end conversion funnels and optimize each stage of the customer journey

  • Conduct deep-dive funnel analysis to identify friction points and drop-off opportunities

  • Optimize user onboarding flows, signup processes, and activation experiences

  • Improve pricing pages, checkout flows, and monetization touchpoints

  • Collaborate with UX/UI to design and test landing pages, flows, and experiences

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze user behavior, cohort performance, and engagement metrics to uncover growth levers

  • Build and monitor dashboards for key growth metrics and experiment results

  • Conduct segmentation analysis to identify high-value user cohorts and personalization opportunities

  • Partner with data teams to build models for user lifetime value, churn prediction, and retention

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to execute growth initiatives

  • Partner with marketing on acquisition campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and channel optimization

  • Interface with customer support and success teams to identify friction and improvement areas

  • Present experiment results, insights, and recommendations to leadership

  • Identify and build viral loops and network effects to drive organic growth

  • Implement and optimize growth tactics including email campaigns and push notifications

  • Develop scalable systems and frameworks for continuous experimentation and optimization
