YOUR ROLE:
We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic leader to join us as Head of Social Media & Growth to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead a high-performing team of social media managers while driving measurable impact across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X. In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of growth strategies, oversee campaign calendars, and manage content systems that directly support key business KPIs. You’ll guide platform-specific tactics, creator and community initiatives, and performance reporting to fuel reach, engagement, and retention. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership & Culture
Oversee, mentor, and support a team of social media managers, including hiring, onboarding, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development.
Lead the optimization of team structure, output, and workflows, managing capacity strategically while identifying opportunities for long-term growth, efficiency, and sustainability for the department.
Foster a high-performance, creative, and collaborative team culture focused on both individual growth and collective well-being.
Provide leadership and hands-on support, when needed, in the execution of social strategy and daily brand presence.
Strategy & Execution
Direct the development and implementation of growth-focused strategies across platforms such as Instagram, X, and TikTok.
Lead campaign calendars, content programming, and scheduling across all brands, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
Manage the full lifecycle of social content, from creator collaborations to community-driven initiatives, with optimized processes and SOPs.
Guide innovation in tone, messaging, and structure through testing and evolving content formats.
Systems & Operations
Oversee the development and refinement of workflows, editorial calendars, and performance tracking systems across all social accounts.
Own the oversight of monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including actionable, data-driven insights and growth recommendations.
Review and benchmark performance metrics to inform strategic adjustments that drive engagement, reach, and retention.
Coordinate and present initiatives, insights, and performance updates to internal teams and executive leadership.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact
Partner with Marketing, Digital Strategy, Product, and Creative teams to align social media efforts with company goals and initiatives.
Lead the planning of KPI-aligned initiatives that support marketing OKRs and broader business objectives.
Collaborate on special projects and emerging platform opportunities to keep brand presence forward-thinking and culturally relevant.

Job requirements
YOU:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years in social media, digital marketing, or audience development, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital lifestyle.
Experience directly managing and developing teams of 5+ social media managers, coordinators, community managers, analysts, content creators, and creatives.
Proven track record in growing brand communities and optimizing content performance across various social platforms.
Strong understanding of platform-specific growth strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and X, with functional knowledge of YouTube, Reddit, etc.
Skilled in using social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Iconosquare, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to drive insights and optimization.
A proactive, culture-savvy thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and digital connection.
Highly adaptable and collaborative, with strong communication and project management skills.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience, collaborating with digital, creative, product, marketing, and strategy teams to drive aligned execution.
A forward-thinking, culture-obsessed approach with a passion for staying ahead of platform trends, digital behaviors, and content innovation.
An eye for aesthetics and deep understanding of brand identity, ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all social content.
