WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Collaborate: with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance the product's direction, visuals, and user experience.

  • Customer Lifecycle Design: Responsible for creating features and experiences that support the full customer lifecycle—acquiring, activating, retaining, and recovering users—to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Make strategic design and UX decisions for core products and new features.

  • Design: wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.

  • Develop: clean, modern, and responsive designs for a variety of devices and interfaces, including conversion-focused landing pages.

  • Manage: all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

  • Employ: a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate designs with customers.


WHERE AND WHEN:

This position is based in Barcelona, with a remote/hybrid mentality.

We’re very flexible about when you get your work done, but we do have some core hours where we like to overlap in order to promote collaboration and low-latency communication between team members (10:00 to 15:00 CET).

* Our daily virtual stand-ups are important for us but other than that, you’re free to manage your own time.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio in web/app design.

  • Application Design Experience: Proven track record in designing SaaS applications or other digital products with active user bases, demonstrating an ability to engage and retain users effectively.

  • Proficiency in: visual design and wire-framing tools, including Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Axure.

  • Demonstrated ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Ability to effectively present designs and advocate for your solutions to various stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and effective approach.

  • User Interviews: Capable of conducting and analyzing one-on-one interviews to deeply understand user needs.

  • Usability Testing: Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing usability testing to evaluate feature performance.

  • Survey Design: Skilled in designing and implementing surveys to collect quantitative user data.

  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze user data and metrics to extract actionable insights for informed design decisions.

  • Stays current with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
