The team at Kodify is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our Montreal Office to help grow our affiliate portfolio. With over 100 people in offices around the world, we are a company made up of go-getters who share a passion for technology, sales and marketing.

Company-wide we are an international team of about 120 with 16 different nationalities, spread around the world in our different office locations: Barcelona, Altea, Montréal, Los Angeles and several other European countries for the team that works remotely.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Cold prospecting new business opportunities via Skype and email (Hunter mentality).

  • Research new clients by means of Google & social platforms.

  • Onboard new affiliates through online industry forums and communicate upcoming promotions.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities.

  • Manage business and payout negotiations with webmasters.

  • Good knowledge of tracking tools and the ability to analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.

Requirements

Desired experience/skill set:

  • 2+ years of online sales and marketing experience.

  • A clear and personable communicator with very strong negotiation skills.

  • Result driven with ability to meet sales targets

  • Good at handling unexpected situations and/or requests.

  • Ability to develop and nurture long lasting partner relationships.

  • Exceptional team player with a sales driven attitude!

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.

  • CEGEP Degree needed. A Bachelor's Degree is a plus.

  • Available to travel occasionally outside of Canada
