Senior Product Designer

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Collaborate: with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance the product's direction, visuals, and user experience.

• Customer Lifecycle Design: Responsible for creating features and experiences that support the full customer lifecycle—acquiring, activating, retaining, and recovering users—to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

• Make strategic design and UX decisions for core products and new features.

• Design: wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Develop: clean, modern, and responsive designs for a variety of devices and interfaces, including conversion-focused landing pages.

• Manage: all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

• Employ: a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate designs with customers.

WHERE AND WHEN:

This position is based in Barcelona, with a remote/hybrid mentality. 

We’re very flexible about when you get your work done, but we do have some core hours where we like to overlap in order to promote collaboration and low-latency communication between team members (10:00 to 15:00 CET).

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ years of experience as a Product / UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex web platforms and consumer-facing digital products.

• Product & User Focus: Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create clear, usable, and well-considered design solutions.

• Digital Product Experience: Experience designing high-traffic, consumer-facing digital products, including acquisition, activation, retention, and recovery flows.

• End-to-End Design Work: Comfortable contributing across the full design process, from early discovery and ideation to validation, delivery, and iteration.

• Strong Design Craft: High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with solid attention to UI quality, interaction design, and consistency.

• Design Systems & Tokens: Help shape and govern our design system in Figma, including the definition and documentation of design tokens (color, spacing, typography, etc.) to align design and engineering.

• User Research & Validation: Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing, as well as ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into practical design improvements

• Data-Aware Design: Comfortable using product data, feedback, and metrics to inform design decisions and evaluate outcomes.

• Remote Collaboration: Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers across time zones.

• Clear Communication: Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly and constructively.

• Independence & Reliability: Able to work autonomously, manage priorities responsibly, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.

• Professional Curiosity: Keeps up to date with UX, product, and design developments and applies relevant best practices to everyday work.

• AI Experience and curiosity of using AI tools in design and prototyping
