Your Responsibilities

  • Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve platform reliability.

  • Help identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.

  • Help operate and evolve a modern infrastructure platform spanning Cloud services, Kubernetes, and self-managed infrastructure.

  • Participate in incident response and learn from production events.

  • Comfortable with the DevOps culture

  • Participate in paid on-call rotations to support our critical systems.

Where and When

From wherever you want, the position is fully remote in the EU.

We’re very flexible about when you get your work done, but we do have some core hours where we like to overlap in order to promote collaboration and low-latency communication between team members (10:00 to 15:00 CET).


Our daily virtual stand-ups are important for us but other than that, you’re free to manage your own time.

Job requirements

  • Solid Linux administration fundamentals.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, Load Balancers, Firewalls).

  • Experience working with at least one major Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Experience using containers and Kubernetes in development or production environments.

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).

  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

  • Basic scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, JavaScript, or a similar language.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability concepts.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with high-traffic, large-scale production environments.

  • Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.

  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or OpenSearch.

  • Familiarity with Cloudflare, CDNs, reverse proxies, or edge networking.

  • Exposure to security best practices and incident response.

  • Experience using AI-powered engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to improve productivity and automate operational tasks.
